Perfect pistes

Meribel nestles in the heart of the vast Three Valleys, the world’s largest interconnected ski area with 600km of slopes. With the valley of Courchevel on one side and the Belleville valley on the other, the resort is the ideal starting point for exploring the area’s phenomenal terrain and its limitless possibilities.

The Meribel valley itself has a lot to offer; take on legendary pistes, such as the Roc de Fer, the majestic setting for the World Ski Championships in 2023, or La Combe du Vallon, a challenging 3km long red run, with bewitching sweeping curves and heart-stopping views. Or head far from the madding crowd and immerse yourself in nature on the blue La Raffort run, glide through forests and discover charming, authentic chalets on this unique piste

The perfect lunch spot? If you like your lunches to extend into après then La Fruitière is the perfect choice. With cavier, oysters, wagyu beef and a Pornstar Panna Cotta dessert cocktail all on the menu, this restaurant is sure to delight. After lunch, segue into the famous Folie Douce just next door, their VIP option means you can enjoy the atmosphere from a space overlooking the crowd.

Luxe dining

Meribel’s restaurant scene is moving increasingly upmarket. The cuisine at Laurent Azoulay’s Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Ekrin, is influenced by his native Provence and adopted Savoie. The open kitchen creates a feeling of intimacy and the interesting wine list, with over 1,500 bottles, drew particular mention by the Michelin Guide. We love Chez Fifi, whose laid back ground floor cocktail bar is a great place to start an evening. Upstairs, the mid-century décor exudes an understated luxury, and the Italian influenced menu has a unique twist on the classics. Beyond Skiing

Meribel has a host of activities to enjoy off the slopes. Meribel’s famous Aero-Club (founded in 1964) embodies the spirit of Alpine aviation. Soar above the 3 Valleys in a D140 Mousquetaire drinking in the views. Experience the thrill of a tandem paragliding flight.
